Coaching
A simpler way to care for your body—without making your health your whole life.
Mostly asynchronous coaching for busy women.
You’re busy.
Maybe you’re running after toddlers, running kids to practice, running a business—or somehow doing all three.
On-the-go is just a fact of life.
But that doesn’t mean you don’t want to feel good in your body.
You want energy. You want to feel strong and comfortable in your own skin. You want time for yourself. You want to eat well without spending your entire life thinking about food.
And ideally, you’d like to enjoy a glass of wine or a brownie without it becoming an existential crisis.
I get it.
You don’t need another diet. You need a way of caring for your body that you can actually live with.
From knowing what to do to knowing how to make it work
You probably already know some of the things you’re “supposed” to do.
Eat more protein.
Eat more whole foods.
Move your body.
Drink your water.
Get enough sleep.
So why is it still so hard to make those things part of everyday life?
Because knowing what to do and knowing how to make it work in your actual life are two different things.
That’s where coaching comes in.
Together, we’ll simplify your nutrition, identify the habits that will make the biggest difference, and build a way of eating and living that fits your body, your family, your schedule, and your priorities.
Here’s what changes:
You go from overwhelmed to clear.
Instead of constantly wondering what you should eat, whether you’re doing enough, or which health habit you should tackle next, you’ll have a simple, personalized approach you understand and can actually follow.
You go from inconsistent to capable.
We’ll figure out what’s getting in the way of consistency and work through those obstacles instead of starting over every Monday.
You go from “trying to lose weight” to knowing how to care for yourself.
The goal isn’t to make you dependent on a diet—or even on me.
It’s to help you develop the knowledge, habits, and confidence to care for your body for the long haul.
Because your health should support the life you’re building.
It shouldn’t become your entire life.
The Coaching Investment
$250/month
A three-month commitment gives us enough time to establish meaningful habits, work through real-life obstacles, and build confidence that lasts beyond coaching.
Mostly asynchronous. Personalized. Practical. Designed to fit your actual life.
What might we work on?
Your coaching will be personalized to your goals and your season of life.
That might look like:
Creating a rhythm around meals that works for your actual schedule instead of requiring you to become a person who meal-preps for three hours every Sunday.
Finding ways to rearrange your days so you have more time for the things that matter—or finding the courage to say no to the thing you hate doing but somehow said yes to anyway.
Learning how to navigate real life.
Busy week? Vacation? Family dinner? Stressful day? You don’t fail the plan.
We figure out how the plan works here.
Whatever your starting point, I’ll bring mindfulness, simplicity, and small sustainable changes to the equation.
Because if it’s not simple, it’s not sustainable.
And if it’s not sustainable, what’s the point?
This is for you if…
- You know a lot about nutrition but struggle to consistently put it into practice.
- You’ve tried diets that worked temporarily but weren’t realistic for your actual life.
- You want to lose weight or maintain your weight without making food the center of your world.
- You’re tired of starting over every Monday.
- You want simple, practical nutrition guidance—not another complicated plan.
- You want support and accountability, but you also want to become confident enough to eventually do this on your own.
- You’re ready to take care of your body without neglecting your family, work, faith, relationships, or the rest of your life.
What working together looks like
1. Start with clarity.
We’ll meet at the beginning of your coaching relationship to talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what’s realistically possible in this season of your life.
Together, we’ll identify the habits and changes that are most likely to move you forward.
2. Build your foundation.
I’ll help you create a simple, personalized plan of action.
We’re not going to change everything at once.
We’ll focus on the few things that matter most and build from there.
3. Practice consistency.
Each week, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to change.
You’ll have a clear focus for the week ahead rather than a giant list of things you’re supposed to do perfectly.
4. Get support when real life happens.
You can message me through the coaching app during office hours whenever you need support, troubleshooting, or a little perspective.
And once a week, I’ll check in with you directly to see what’s going well, what’s not working, and where you need more support or suggestions.
5. Become more confident and independent.
The goal isn’t for you to need a coach forever.
It’s for you to learn how to make good decisions for yourself.
Over time, you’ll become better at recognizing what your body needs, navigating your schedule, recovering when things don’t go according to plan, and making choices that support the life you actually want to live.
Mostly Asynchronous Coaching
You don’t need another appointment on your calendar every Tuesday.
That’s why most of our work happens asynchronously.
You’ll have access to my coaching app, where you’ll receive your individualized goals and action plan.
Every week, I’ll check in with you directly to see what’s working, what’s not, and where you need support.
Throughout the week, you can message me through the app during office hours and share updates, questions, wins, struggles, or yes—even pictures of miniature horses. 😉
You’ll have accountability without having to rearrange your life around coaching.
Your investment: $250/month
A three-month commitment is required so we have enough time to establish meaningful habits and work through the inevitable real-life bumps along the way.
After your first three months, you can continue month-to-month if you’d like ongoing support.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to do what matters—and making it sustainable.
Hi, I’m Nina.
I’m a Precision Nutrition Level One Nutrition Coach, Benedictine Oblate, and psychology student.
I’m slightly obsessed with holistic health and the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
I’m fully obsessed with miniature horses.
More importantly, I’m a wife and mom of four who has spent most of the last two decades creating a life that allows me to order my days around what matters most to me: prayer, connection, movement, growth, and purpose.
And I feel called to help other women do the same.
Except, you know, for what matters most to you.
